At Bellissimo Perfumes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our shipping, return, and refund policies below for both domestic (UAE) and international orders.
Domestic Orders (Within UAE)
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Charges: We offer Free Shipping for orders above 200 AED. A standard charge of 20 AED applies for orders below 200 AED.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed during business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on weekdays. Orders placed outside these hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
- Shipping Time: Orders typically ship within 3 working days. During periods of high demand, this may extend to 5 working days. Please note that separate shipments may occur due to product availability.
- Re-delivery: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. A re-delivery charge may apply if the order is not accepted on the scheduled date.
Returns & Exchanges (UAE)
- Returns: We accept returns for unopened and non-defective items within 15 days of purchase. Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Unopened and non-defective items may be exchanged within the 15-day window. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with both the return of the original item and the delivery of the new item. A separate order must be placed for the new item.
International Orders (Outside UAE)
Return Policy
For international orders, our return policy differs slightly due to logistics:
- Defective Items: We accept returns strictly for defective products within the specified return window.
- Non-Defective Items: We do not accept returns for non-defective, opened, or "change of mind" purchases for international orders.
- Return Process: If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the defect. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
