Returns & Exchanges
Ensuring your satisfaction is at the heart of the Bellissimo experience. We have curated a seamless return process for our domestic and international clientele.
Domestic Orders (United Arab Emirates)
Logistics & Delivery
- Complimentary Shipping: We provide Complimentary Delivery for all orders exceeding 200 AED. A standard concierge fee of 20 AED applies to orders below this threshold.
- Express Processing: Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Standard UAE delivery is completed within 3 working days.
- Recipient Availability: To ensure the integrity of your fragrance, please ensure a recipient is available. Re-delivery attempts may incur additional logistics fees.
The Return Promise (UAE)
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unopened and sealed fragrances within 15 days of acquisition.
- Hygiene Standards: Due to international health regulations, any fragrance with a broken cellophane seal or signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges: Boutique exchanges are available within the 15-day window. Clients are responsible for logistics costs related to the exchange transit.

International Exceptions
For orders outside the UAE, we strictly accept returns only for verified manufacturing defects. We do not currently offer "change of mind" returns for international shipments to ensure the purity of our stock upon return.
